Body Treatment (Massage)

A body massage is a therapeutic technique that involves manipulating the body’s soft tissues, including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues. It is typically performed by a practitioner using their hands, fingers, elbows, forearms or specialized tools.

The primary goal of a body massage is to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being. It can also provide other benefits such as reducing stress, alleviating pain, improving circulation, enhancing flexibility etc.

During a body massage, the practitioner applies pressure and uses various strokes to target specific areas of the body or provide a full-body treatment.
Different types of massage modalities exist, each with its own focus and techniques. Some popular ones include Aromatherapy Massage, Lymphatic body Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Ovarian Massage and Breast Massage Therapy etc.
